Cancellations & Returns

  • For bouquet/vase purchases


Flowers are perishable goods, it's with regret that we CANNOT offer a return nor refund should you change your mind.


However, if you want to change your delivery date/timing or if you'd like to change the color scheme/flowers of your order, do let us know at least 3 working days (Mon to Fri) in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Any last minute changes (less than 3 working days) prior to collection/delivery will incur a penalty charge equivalent to value of bouquet.

No refunds or exchange of items shall be made upon collection/delivery after an hour. We will not be liable for any damages or wilted flowers from this point onwards. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of our flowers or received a wrong item upon collection, do contact us immediately with a brief description of the problem & a picture attached. We will get back to you promptly.

  • For bridal purchases

All deposits and/or payments are non-refundable.

However, we have the full flexibility to allow for postponements as we know how hard it is to re-plan and reschedule to fit all vendors.


Postponement/rescheduling of new dates are allowed as long as we receive an advance notice of at least a week prior to your AD (actual day) wedding so as to prepare the necessary materials & logistics (exceptions are allowed with valid reasons, provided that flowers are not purchased yet). In the event that flowers are already purchased, all payments will be forfeited. 


Do give us a few new dates that you've in mind for your wedding so that we can check on our availability. In the event that we cannot take up your floral order on the new dates, we will find other florists for you so as to lighten your load (:

Conversion of payment:
Alternatively, we can convert your payment into credits which you can hold onto with a validity of ONE year from your initial Actual Day (AD) of wedding. You can use the credits for any purchases in-store and/or for our floral workshops. Credits are also transferable ONCE to anyone with a validity of 6 months from your initial AD, subjected to our availability.
